Delivery Range
1. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, but it excludes Iceland, the Arab region, Argentina, and India. If you're unsure whether your location supports our delivery services, please contact us at help@tarisss.com.
2. What shipping carriers do you use?
Currently, all our orders only support international standard shipping/DHL/UPS delivery.
3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently only offer DHL/UPS express service.
4. Can I choose my shipping method?
Our default shipping method is free standard shipping, but you can choose to upgrade to DHL express delivery for an additional fee.
Delivery Time
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
After receiving your order, we need 1-2 days to process it.
- In-stock products will be shipped from our overseas warehouse and should arrive within 3-7 days.
- Made-to-order products will be shipped from our warehouse in China and should arrive within 7-14 days.
Note: The above times are estimates, and delivery may be faster or slower in some cases.
Shipping Fee
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Our international standard shipping is free. If you require expedited shipping, there is an additional fee of $35.
3. Do I need to pay additional customs duties for international shipping?
In some regions, additional customs fees may apply due to local customs policies. However, in European countries, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, so no additional fees are required
Order Status
1. How can I check the status of my order?
After confirming your order, you will receive an email with details of the purchased items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the product details and tracking number.
2. Where can I find my order details?
After confirming your order, you will receive an email with the product details, or you can register and log in to your account on our website to check. (The email used for placing the order must be the same as the one used for account registration.)
3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It takes 1-2 days for product production.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but you need to inform us within 1-2 days.
5. Why hasn’t my order status been updated?
- Your order is still being processed and may take 1-2 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take some time to update in the system. Please allow 24-48 hours for it to reflect.
- Your order has been shipped, but tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing.
6. Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, we use simple carton packaging. No pornographic words.

1. How do I track my order?
You can check it by entering the tracking number at https://www.17track.net/.
2. Where can I find my tracking number?
After we confirm the shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
3. Why is my tracking number not updating?
Your tracking number might not be updating for a few reasons:
- The courier may not have scanned your package yet.
- There might be delays in the tracking system updates.
- Your package could still be in transit.
If it's been a while since we confirmed your shipment and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier on your behalf.
4. My tracking shows 'Delivered', but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
You can take the following steps:
- Check your surroundings: Sometimes, packages may be left in inconspicuous spots.
- Verify the delivery address: Ensure the courier delivered to the correct location.
- Contact the courier: Use your tracking number to get more details about where the package might have been left.
- Get in touch with us: If you still can’t locate your package, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
