About Refund

1. I don't really like this product. If it has already been shipped, can I request a refund?

No, we understand your feelings. However, to protect the health and safety of our other customers, all products are considered used once they leave our warehouse. We do not sell or resell pre-owned items.

2. I received the product, but it is defective or damaged. Can I request a refund?

Note: Minor defects that do not affect functionality, such as slight color variations, are excluded.
